Stakeholders reap the benefits of producing apartments for Mexico’s Parque Norte project in far less time than was originally possible. What had been taking 5.62 days to finish each unit, is now taking 2.5. This 11 tower project includes 12 floors for each structure with a total of 96 apartments each. Time for these structures has been reduced by 4+ months each, with the same number of workers.
