By learning of the importance of the transformation to advanced building technologies, Kenya governement sponsored housing researchers witnessed firsthand how local sub-contractors are being used to build affordable homes by the 1,000’s. Striving to address the big challenges to get housing initiatives addressed can more easily take place now that a better understanding exists.
